1. Freight & Transit Liability
We're committed to the safe passage of your goods. At Arcticlizard Overstock Surplus Warehouse, LLC, freight liability is governed by the Carmack Amendment for domestic transit. You'll find that our standard valuation limits are designed to balance cost-efficiency with essential protection.
- Claim Window: Damage claims must be filed within 9 business days of delivery.
- Packaging: Proper crate or palletizing is the shipper's responsibility.
- Transit Times: Estimates are schedules, not guarantees.

2. Warehouse Storage Protocols
Our Joplin facility operates under strict overstock management cycles. When we're storing your inventory, we act as a warehouseman only, with liability limited strictly to negligence. Why settle for less than industrial-grade security?
3. Payment & Detention
Prompt logistics requires prompt payment. Net 30 is our standard. Late payments may result in the suspension of future dispatch requests. Note that detention fees apply after 2 hours of loading bay downtime at either terminus.
